The BMWMOFO and WetDub Car Clubs would like to present the "MOTORING FOR A CAUSE CHARITY CAR SHOW 2009". To be held on Saturday, August 8th 2009 at the Eldon Lyon Park in Bethany Oklahoma. This year all proceeds will benifit a local car club member fighting a battle with Lupus. Please help support this cause as we try to make life a little easier for a fellow automotive enthusiast.
This is an all makes and models car show with a special class for Motorcycles as well. European models have predetermined classes, all other classes will be determined the day of the event by the number of entries. Class prizes include Trophies, Gift Certificates, and other give-away goodies.
Entry Fee is $20 per entry (in advance) or $25 the day of the show. As always spectators are free and encouraged to attend!
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Sponsorships are also available for those vendors/organizations/companies/or individuals that wish to donate a cash sum or equivalent product/services for prizes and giveaways.

The 2009 Motoring for a Cause Charity Car Show will be held on Saturday August 8, 2009 at Eldon Lyon Park in Bethany, Oklahoma.
The car show will run from 10:00 – 5:00. Sponsors who require Booth Space must be at the park by 8:30AM for Check-In and Setup. Electrical outlets are available upon request for an additional charge (payable to the City of Bethany).
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:
Package 1 - $50.00 (or equivalent in donated items/services for giveaways)
Sponsor logo is printed on event Posters.
Package 2 - $100.00 (or equivalent in donated items/services for giveaways)
Sponsor logo is printed on event Posters and T-Shirt.
Package 3 - $150.00 (or equivalent in donated items/services for giveaways)
Sponsor logo is printed on event Posters and T-Shirt. In addition, sponsor is allocated space for a Booth/Display during the duration of the event. Sponsor will also be eligible to sponsor an individual award to be given out at the awards ceremony (i.e. Best Paint, Best of Show, etc.). Award winner to be chosen by a sponsor representative.
** All sponsors will be announced at varied times during the event via the PA system.
