About this event
When: Saturday November 19th, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Where: We'll be meeting at the Katie's Cars & Coffee located at 760 Walker Rd, Great Falls, VA after it wraps up at 10:00 am.
What: Then we'll drive out to Bealeton, VA for our third visit to Morais Vineyard & Winery. We should arrive around 12 - 12:30 pm.
Costs: Free to Drive with us. Wine Tastings will be $8 for classic, $15 for deluxe +tax. See Morais website for complete details.
Register: Not required, but please sign up for planning purposes.
Why: On Saturday Morais will be hosting the third Annual Autumn Event from 1:00 pm to 5:00 PM featuring:
- Acoustic Soul - Live Music
- Gourmeltz Food Truck
- Auntie Alice Food Truck
There is NO CAR LIMIT and NO COST to attend this event, but please register ahead of time so we know how many cars to prepare for.
If you have never been to Katie's Cars & Coffee early on a Saturday morning, then perhaps you want to come earlier to check out some incredible cars! It is one of the premier area car shows displaying all marques. But we're hoping there will still be some fall foliage left to see on this drive too!

Cost to Register: None.
Other Costs: Gas, Gas, your option to stay and taste/buy wine, food, etc.

Rendezvous Time: 12:00 - 12:30 PM
Stop Time: ~1:30 PM (This event concludes with the Vineyard tour but please stay and enjoy the Autumn Event!)
Event requirements
Please bring at least one Porsche or a love of Fall colors and leaf watching, if there are any left on the trees? Wine lover's invited too!
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Our events are open to all marques.
- You do not need to be a PCA member to participate.
- This event has unlimited capacity but please follow the Drive & Dine rules for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the Driver's Meeting before we leave). Watch the website for revisions.
- We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact information.
- We initially list all registrants as “confirmed” for this event. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- Due to unlimited capacity of the event venue, walkups are encouraged to join the event! Special consideration may be given to those who preregister but are wait listed at a future event.
- IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- You must cancel please be curtious and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the wait list to attend.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
PAYMENT
- Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your profile.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve the issue due to the short billing period. If the issue is not resolved, we may cancel you from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
REFUND
- Cancel up to two weeks prior to the event for a full refund.
- No refunds will be approved within two weeks of the event date.
- Contact the D&D Chair to discuss special circumstances. THE D&D CHAIR IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN AUTHORIZE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR AN EVENT.
- If you are authorized a credit for an event, you must use it before the end of the calendar year. We will not carry credits over into the following year. Credits may only be used for other PCA Potomac events. They can't be used for other clubs who also use motorsportreg.com.
