Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs is calling all members, racers and volunteers to help staff the 2021 VSCDA Blackhawk Vintage Classic XXIX. Join us for three days of great vintage racing, including six different open and closed wheel race groups. Friday will feature practice and qualifying sessions, Saturday will feature qualifying sessions, Sprint and Heat races, plus a one hour closed-wheel Enduro, Sunday will feature a one hour open-wheel Enduro, Feature races, the Spridget, Trans Am/B Sedan and Dad's Day Handicap Scramble specialty races, and still finishes up early by about 4:30pm.
There are only minor restrictions required by the track and by the state of Illinois: masks must be worn when you are at registration, inside a building, or must be closer than 6 feet to other people. Dinners for staffers on Friday are TBD. Saturday's Banquet will feature Franchesco's delights with the option to eat-in or carry-out.
