*** EVERYONE MUST pre-register *** by 7pm the day before an event.
*You don’t need a BMW to participate.
*You must have a valid state drivers license. No permits.
*We have a very limited number of loaner helmets available so please bring 'em if ya got 'em!
Car Classes: We use essentially the same car classification system as the Windy City BMWCCA. Only tweak is ANY car running tires with a treadwear rating of under 200 goes into their own class...class R. Unsure what class your BMW falls into? Check here
BMW Classes: AA, A, B, C, D
*NEW EFA CLASS FOR 2016* Non-BMW classes: E = everything else rear wheel drive, EFA = everything else front or all wheel drive, R = everything else on "r-comp race tires or purpose built race car"
*NEW R CLASS FOR 2016* This class is for ANY car running tires with a treadwear rating of under 200 OR extremely modified non-BMW's.
SEASON POINTS - To be eligible for season championship awards you must be a member of the Michiana Chapter of the BMWCCA. Dual chapter enrollment is available from BMWCCA for a small fee ($15).
Car Numbers: We use a season long reserved car number system. If you don't already have a reserved number, you'll choose one during registration.
We run a Self-Tech system. You are responsible to ensure your vehicle meets the minimum requirements in our Self-Tech form. Print and fill this out and place under your windshield wiper when coming to Grid.
45 driver event cap ... if you end up on the waitlist you'll be notified, via email, by 5pm the day before the event if a slot has opened up for you.
Course open for walking at 8:30am
Driver Check-in is from 9:00-9:30am (Eastern Timezone)
Mandatory Driver Safety Meeting 9:50am (miss this and you're a spectator for the day!)
Immediately following the Drivers Meeting, Run Group 1 Drivers will grid their cars. Run Group 2 drivers will move to their work stations.
First car on course by approx 10:15am
$33 BMWCCA member
$38 guest/non-member
Lunch, usually pulled pork BBQ with a side or 2, and a drink included in above registration fee (unless stated otherwise)
Timed runs (8+) typically end before 4pm with fun-runs after awards.
