The The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli and SVRA (Sportscar Vintage Racing Association) will open Lime Rock Park's 2019 season. Make your Memorial Day weekend plans now to enjoy both modern and vintage race cars on the same weekend!
The Memorial Day Classic at Lime Rock Park is filled with family fun activities that start on Friday (May 24, 2019) with practice and qualifying. On Saturday (May 27), things rev up with all-day racing excitement. With nearly 300 cars on display, the Royals' Garage Sunday Car Show (May 26) is a laid-back experience. Racing gets going again on Memorial Day Monday (May 27) as we honor all servicemen and women.
Remember, workers get paid hourly provided they register on Motorsports Reg or with Amanda Beverly if Motorsports Reg is not available prior to the event. All workers will be given an event specific wristband for the days they will be working. Workers who register for the entire event (Friday, Saturday and Monday) will only need to register with registrar once. Day workers will need to register on the day they are working.
You still register at the West Bend reg. building to sign the insurance waiver and complete any payroll paperwork (so you can get paid). You do this the morning of your first working day. You'll also get your "hot track" pass.
Each worker is allowed one guest pass/day. You can get that at W.B. registration.

Complimentary worker tickets must be arranged in advance and will be left at Will Call!
Event requirements
At least 18 years old, SCCA membership # and license grade preferred but not necessary. Don’t forget whites, bug spray, gloves, whistle and sunscreen. Parking for workers is in Z lot on event days.
CAMPING HAS TO BE RESERVED PRIOR TO EVENT. PLEASE CALL LIME ROCK DIRECTLY REGARDING CAMPING. CAMPING FORM NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO MARIE AT LIME ROCK PARK.
