"PCA Limited Participant Club Drive" - Sunday, June 14th, 2020
On Sunday June 14th we will Having a " PCA Limited Participant Club Drive ".
Why a "Limited Participant Club Drive?"
In order to stay within St. Louis county COVID-19 guidelines, we are limited on the number of people who may attend any event. Due to the gracious help and planning from our friends and sponsors at JML Audio of St. Louis ( Josh Landau ) and our club safety chair ( Dan Hinkebein ) we are being able to maximize club participation by having 3 run groups with 20 cars in each group for a total of 60 participants. We elected to run this event without passengers to remain in compliance with St. Louis Country Restrictions. That way instead of having 5 cars in a group with a bunch of passengers we can have 20 cars in a group with one driver per car. This is not your boring old tour for 40 minutes and 15 miles. This is a true drive for drivers at almost 3 hours of windshield time and 100 miles of route. Just like at any of our HPDE events safety is key by minimizing distractions while maximizing FUN.
Once the 60-total participant capacity is reached, those registering after will be placed on a "wait list" as an alternate for participants whose plans change or are unable to make it. This wait list is like the wait list used for participants of our HPDE events.
We will email you with your run group on Thursday before the event so please be flexible with your calendar.
Day of Details:
At this time due to St. Louis county guidelines we are limited to 20 people total per group and only 1 person per car. (No passengers allowed)
Arrival of group 1 @ 8:15 am to check in both waivers printed in color and signed along with face masks are required, this group will be leaving at 9:00 am sharp.
Arrival of Group 2 @ 9:15 am to check in both waivers printed in color and signed along with face masks are required, leaving at 10:00 am sharp.
Arrival of Group 3 @ 10:15 am to check in both waivers printed in color and signed along with face masks are required, leaving at 11:00 am sharp.
There will be no arriving earlier to your group then the time noted in order to keep everyone safe and not cause any possible fines to the club.
Each group will have a lead and sweep car with 2 planned stops along the route to stretch and use the restroom during the drive which should be about 3 hours in all. Just under 100 miles so be sure to arrive with a full tank of gas!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Drive open to invitation only due to the guidelines and restrictions and with any vehicle make and/or model.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Participants must COMPLETE & PRINT (IN COLOR) the (ATTACHED) waivers PRIOR to the DRIVE. If you are feeling ill or running a fever DO NOT attempt to attend the event. Social Distancing and mask requirements while out of vehicle will be enforced.
