The Northeast Chapter of the Audi Club NA (NEQ) is holding the 4th Annual Women's Only run group HPDE School at Lime Rock Park in the beautiful Northwest corner of Connecticut on Thursday May 11, 2017. We will have the track to ourselves for the afternoon. Instruction and driving exercises will start at 10:30 AM, lunch will follow and then four 25 minute sessions on the track from 1-5 PM.  The women's run group will be limited to 26 participants. This will allow us to have four full track sessions under ideal conditions.  Please join us at LRP for a day of fun and learning on one of New England's most beautiful road courses! The fee is $295.00, a bargain considering the nature of the event and the time devoted to our 4th NEQ WOMEN'S ONLY RUN GROUP. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy LRP in a relaxed atmosphere with a significant amount of track time.

Cancellation Policy (revised 01/21/2017):

   - No penalty up to 30 days before the event
   - $100 from 29 days to 11 days before the event

We will have a banquet at the beautiful White Hart Inn on Friday night May 12th.  Members who participate on ladies day, but note the HDPE following ladies day are still invited and encouraged to join us at the banquet.  The menu and atmosphere will be well worth the $50 banquet fee.  It is a great way to meet and spend time with your fellow members and friends.  Last year was our 1st banquet at the White Hart Inn and it was a Huge success with the best food ever experienced at an NEQ banquet.

Who we are and what we do:

The Northeast Chapter of the Audi Club of North America, or "NEQ" for short, is a non-profit organization which was founded for the purpose of driver education and safety training. To that end, the club runs approximately 6 events at motorsport facilities around the Northeast, including Lime Rock Park, New Jersey Motorsports, Watkins Glen International, and Palmer Motorsports Park. Our events teach safe driving techniques and both low and high speed vehicle handling. In addition, the club usually runs Winter Driving Schools, social events, which can include Fun Runs, NYC holiday party and other social gatherings.

When you join the Audi Club of North America, if you reside in the NEQ chapter area, you are automatically put on our mailing list, which means you should receive an election ballot towards the end of the year. If you do not, please contact the ACNA's office and confirm that your mailing address is correct.

In an effort to keep our members informed of upcoming NEQ events we have established an e-mail notification process. Please make sure Nationals has your e-mail address.

Event requirements

Membership Requirements:

To participate in this event you must be a member of Audi Club North America (ACNA).  To join ACNA and receive your membership number please go to

Once you have this number you will be able to register for all future NEQ events.

Vehicle Requirements

The newer generation of driver's school applicants often bring vehicles whose performance is beyond their driving ability. Because of this, the NEQ Board of Directors passed the following resolution which requires the vehicle to more closely match the driver's ability.

  1. Non-solo applicants - Those drivers who have not soloed at NEQ events.
    • Vehicle must be Registered and Street Legal
    • Vehicle must be insured
    • Vehicle must have DOT Street Tires with a treadwear rating of 140 or more.
  2. Solo applicants
    • Vehicle must be Registered and Street Legal
    • Vehicle must be insured
    • Vehicle must have DOT legal tires
  3. Instructors
    • Any tires acceptable
  4. All convertibles must have permanent roll bars and meet the Broomstick rule described HERE

Tech pre-Inspection

Well in advance of any on-track driving event, you'll need to get your car pre-inspected by a competent mechanic, who will have to provide a completed and signed copy of the Safety Inspection Checklist form (first page only) for you to bring with you to registration. Please get your car inspected at least two weeks before the event to avoid disappointment if the inspection uncovers repairs that must be completed before the car will pass.

A helmet with a SNELL SA05, SA10 or SA15 rating are the only helmets that may be used.

No M (motorcycle) helmets will be allowed.
