It's the end of a trying year, let's go for a relaxing country drive.
The Atlanta Region of the Sports Car Club of America will run a Games-Tour-Adventure rally on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Scoring will be based on questions that you answer along the route. There are no timing challenges, but there will be some map-following in one section. No prior knowledge is needed and you are limited to two people per car. Entries are capped at 24 cars.
Aside from picking up your route instructions at the start, there will be no social contact for this event. The check-in location will be outdoors, you will submit answers via a Google Form and there is no gathering at the end. Scores will be announced via email afterwards. To keep the cost low, there won't be any trophies, either. (Also, this should be comically easy compared to past events and we could end up with a 20 place tie for first ... this is about enjoying a day on the road, remember.)
The start will be in Winder, Georgia. Routes instructions will be available from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. First car off will be around 10:00 a.m. The route is just over 100 miles in length and should take 3.5 hours to complete, including a mid-rally break. The finish will be in Braselton, Georgia - because, much like everything else in 2020, we won't complete a full lap.

Event requirements
Each vehicle must have two occupants, a driver and a navigator.
Electronic or mechanical adjustable odometers are not allowed on this event. The use of a GPS or mapping program is also prohibited. Play fair.
A clipboard, pens, pencils, highlighter, scissors and tape will be useful in the car. You will input your answers on an online form, so a smartphone with internet access will be needed.
