KWRC is hosting a Rallycross on Saturday February 8, 2020 at the Humberstone Speedway in Port Colbourne. . A large smooth open area with a track about 1.5km long.
We're hoping for six runs per car, car sharing will be possible. Maximum of 30 Cars. No SUV's or trucks.
$100 Entry Fee ($85 for KWRC Members)
We're planning on holding two events, one on Saturday and one on Sunday if we have enough entries. Last year we had so many people register we went to two days so this year we're being proactive. You can enter for both days if you want but for series points only your first day will count. If you just run on Sunday we'll calculate a speed factor to make an equivalent time to Saturday for the series points.
Event requirements
Any roadworthy car can be used but it doesn't have to be licensed or insured. We will have some scrutineering to make sure things are safe and loose articles are removed as well as a self declaration form. Supplementary regulations will be available via the website. Helmets are required for all competitors; if you have a caged car the helmet will have to meet current CARS requirements, cars without a cage will need helmets with SNELL 2000 (M or SA) approvals or better.
