This great class focuses on purchasing, using and storing herbs, flavored oils, salts and vinegars and how they best enhance your meals. We will use tarragon, dill, parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary and chives. We will prep all our herbs for storage to get the most out of them. We will also taste & use many olive oils and vinegars and salts and pair them all with great dishes.
