Kartoberfest Event Schedule

- $35/day or $60 for the weekend. $10 two-day pit passes.
Friday – TNT and setup night
Saturday – Clockwise
- 7am – Gates open
- 8am – Pre-Tech/Registration

8-8:30am:
- Order by 7: 30 am via the Chick-fil-a APP and your breakfast will be delivered to the track.
- 9am – Controlled practice
- Noon – Drivers’ Meeting and Qualifying (10-laps)

12-12:30pm: Chick-fil-a will be on-site with a select menu or Order on the
- Chick-fil-a APP by 11 am to have your personalize order
- delivered to the track.
- 1pm – Pre-Final (12-laps) followed by Final (15-laps)

5pm –Annual Member BBQ Catered by Smokin' Joes at $10 per plate. Please order your BBQ
- Order BBQ meal tickets online by October 19th.

5:30 pm- Live Auctions AND PIT OLYMPICS
- We are also collecting donations for the live Auction on Saturday the 11th. karting parts, gift cards, baked goods, and hand-made gifts, all welcomed.

7pm- PIT OR TREAT!
- In the Spirit of Halloween, bring some candy to share and let the kids have some trick or treating fun!
Sunday – Silverstone (Reverse Direction)
- 7am – Gates open
- 8am – Pre-Tech/Registration
- 9am – Controlled practice

- Pre-Final (12-laps) followed by Final (15-laps)

HCKC Members will be able to receive points for both days, as each day will be its own event.
Pit spots will be open and non-reserved, overflow parking will be available to the south of the track. All tow vehicles that have a trailer parked against the concrete pit-runners will need to unhook and move to help allow for everyone to be able to move around. We will do our best to guide out of town racers to open pits to allow for everyone to grab their normal pit spots; however, tradition was for us to allow open pits for larger events like this. If you plan to attend from out of town, please contact us in advance so we can find open pit spots for you in advance and mark them off.
Please be aware that HCKC events are run by the membership and those that volunteer, you may be asked to help your club out for duties like Grid Stewart, Pre-Tech, Scales, etc.
