Kansas Region RallyCross - Unity
SCCA Kansas Region is hosting it's third RallyCross event at Santa Fe Trail Cycle Park in Carbondale, KS on July 1. This time we'll be co-hosting the event with those really cool folks over in Kansas City Region. Things will probably run much smoother this time.
RallyCross is the most widespread and readily accessible form of extreme dirt motorsport in the Sports Car Club of America, and the perfect place to see if you have what it takes to power slide your way to victory. Imagine a scaled down version of a rally stage laid out on a non-paved plot of land where the course is delineated by traffic cones instead of trees or rocks.
Car preparation is minimum, just make sure it's mechanically sound and ready for a day in the dirt. Cars straight from the factory even have a place with us. Classing and rules can be found here, https://www.scca.com/pages/rallycross-cars-and-rules
Helmets are required(SNELL SA or M2005 or newer). Don't have one? We have FREE LOANERS!
We would also like to announce the new Kansas Region RallyCross "Buddy System!" To celebrate the start of the Kansas Region's new RallyCross program and encourage local growth, Kansas RallyCross will be rewarding participants with a $5 credit towards a Kansas RallyCross event for every new person(Buddy) they bring to compete.
-Entrants may bring as many Buddies as they'd like.
-Entrants who have already participated in a SCCA RallyCross event are not eligible to be Buddies.
-Buddy Credits may be transferred to other Kansas RallyCross participants and Buddies.
-Buddy credits are not currently valid at any other SCCA events.
-Kansas RallyCross Buddy System is not to be confused with the Tony Perkins Budday System.
Passengers, photographers and guests are highly encouraged. There is no entry fee for non-competitors

Online registration closes: Day of event @ 09:00
Entry fees are $35.00 for SCCA members and non-members (which includes a weekend membership that has perks with the SCCA).
Directions:
Take HWY 75 south out of Topeka to the Carbondale exit (there is only 1). Turn west on to Main St and drive about 1/2 mile to S Kansas (street right before the train tracks). S Kansas then turns into Jordan Rd. Drive another 3/4 mile and the site will be on your left (east side of road).

Event requirements
SCCA Membership is Required. You must show your SCCA Membership card or SCCA Weekend Membership receipt at registration/sign-in or you will be asked to fill out the SCCA Weekend Membership form.

Please also download, print, fill out and bring the Class Eligibility Disclosure Form, available here, with you to the event.
We also have a local Novice class for all newcomers. Novice class drivers will compete against each other only. Please be respectful of the class, if you are an experienced rallycrosser, this class isn't for you.
