We will have the usual goodies and more:

     There will be an optional trackside Bar-b-que dinner Saturday night for only $15

     Commemorative DE Long Sleeve Shirts for $20

     Cottonwood Institute (www.cottonwoodinstitute.org/) is our charity for this event.Cottonwood Institute aims to inspire a new generation of 21st century leaders who are environmentally aware, civically    engaged, and empowered to make a positive impact within their communities. Donations will be taken at the track. Your generous support is greatly appreciated. 

     Beer 30 Saturday and Sunday after the days events are complete and the track is cold.

     The HPR Trackside concession is available for lunches and snacking

This Event will be using Deferred Billing, if you are paying with a credit card it will not be charged until Tuesday,

                    Registration opens at 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday

                    Mandatory all drivers’ meeting at 8:00 AM,(each day) first time drivers' meeting following the drivers' meeting. (each day)

Location:   High Plains Raceway, 17 miles east of Byers on US-36 (Deer Trail)

Event requirements

National PCA membership number and membership status will be verified as part of the registration process.  If you do not include a valid PCA membership number (or forward a pending membership confirmation from PCA to the registrar), a $10 non-member fee will be assessed.

Liability waivers will be signed both at the track gate and at registration for drivers and spectators.

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to participate in this event.  Your driver's license will be checked at registration!

PLEASE BRING SIGNED COMPLETED PRE-TECH INSPECTION FORMS TO REGISTRATION. FOR DRIVERS OF TRACK CARS NOT DRIVEN ON THE STREET PLEASE BRING A PHYSICAL COPY OF YOUR ANNUAL INSPECTION TO REGISTRATION.

You need to have a Snell-certified SA2010 or M2010 or newer helmet.  You will need to wear long pants (made of natural fibers) and an all-cotton short-sleeve shirt and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets will be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track.  Your helmet will need an RMR/PCA sticker. A limited number of loaner helmets are available.

No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs. There can be no passengers except instructors or persons approved by the CDI.

We cannot accommodate two (2) driver cars if both drivers are novice drivers and attending their first DE event.  Also, three (3) driver cars are not allowed.

Attendance at RMR DEs at HPR will be limited to a total of 135 drivers per day, including up to 30 Novice and Beginner drivers depending on the number of Instructors registered.  To implement this, everyone registering for the DE will be listed as ON HOLD, subject to CONFIRMATION BY THE CDIs.

Your priority in being confirmed for an event will depend on the date and time you register.  When an event fills up, further priority will be given to PCA members.

Lodging is available in Byers at the Longhorn Budget Host Motel  contact # 303-822-5205.

 Lodging is also available at the Byers Inn.  Rates are $95. single occupancy and $115. double occupancy.  Rooms have a private bath and a continental breakfast is included.
