Volunteer Registration for the Rev Group Grand Prix Presented by AMR at Road America
June 17-20, 2021 at Road America
REGISTATION TIMES UPDATED 05/06/21
We invite volunteers planning to work the Rev Group Grand Prix Presented by AMR @ Road America Grand Prix event to pre-register here. This will allow the Region to plan staffing levels, lunch and dinner counts, and to provide the best experience for all our volunteers.
If you know of others planning to work the event, but do not typically use MotorsportReg to pre-register, PLEASE pass along the information below. Those individuals who are unable or unwilling to use MSR may contact the online registrar at email@example.com to have their pre-registration entered for them or please help them by assisting them. There will be no walk-in and work allowed.
COVID-19 Notice to Participants: Every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to COVID- 19. New processes and procedures may be implemented for this event.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate.
If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath please stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home.
Failure to comply with the COVID-19 regulations may result in removal from the event without a refund, even if the competition vehicle has not turned a wheel on the race track. This is not subject to protest.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within two (2) weeks of attending an SCCA event, we ask that you notify the event Registrar immediately.

Chicago Region is pleased to continue to offer free camping at the events we staff.
Chicago Region is offering free worker camping at the Oasis - Map to the Oasis.
Due to the high demand for camping at this event, we will not be able to accommodate worker camping inside the track.
WORKERS WILL BE ALLOWED 1 GUEST PASS FOR THIS EVENT and there must be an actual name provided - no TBD or "john smith". You may change the name if that need arises.
As part of the controls for 2021 we will again be implementing a strict oversight policy for this event. Specialty chiefs will be provided with a list of workers who register for their specialty, and they will be required to verify if they meet the strict standards for Indy Car. They also will be verifying when and where the volunteer worked for this event daily. Anyone who checks in as a worker and is not verified to have worked at least a full day (across the entire weekend) will be addressed. It is the worker's responsibility to check in with their specialty chief and make sure their work was validated.
