Heritage Flight Museum Fly-Day Social

Heritage Flight Museum

About this event

If you're a fan of vintage aircraft from the WWII, Korean and Vietnam War eras, then you won't want to miss the Heritage Flight Museum Fly Day Tour/Social event on July 18. We'll meet up at the Smokey Point Rest Area and take a scenic drive to La Conner where we'll have lunch at the La Conner Brewing Company in their covered garden terrace before arriving at the Skagit County Airport to see, hear, and smell some fabulous aircraft get exercised. The museum's collection includes the famous P-51 Mustang 'Val Halla' and the wonderfully restored A-1 Skyraider 'The Proud American', among others. This social will be limited to the first 35 club members because of reserved, limited seating in the garden terrace for lunch and reserved parking spaces at the Heritage Flight Museum. Additional information about the HFM can be found at www.heritageflight.org
