Arrive and Drive and BBQ August 5, 2017 honoring New Members
On August 5, 2017, following the Arrive and Drive we will have a BBQ at the home of Peter and Prudence Hammett in beautiful Tumalo. The BBQ will be free to members who have joined the HDRPCA since January 1, 2016. For new members to qualify for the free BBQ, you must sign up and participate in the Arrive and Drive in the morning. All others will be asked to contribute $17.95/person.
The BBQ will be catered by Wubba’s BBQ Shack. We have tested their product many times and it is outstanding. Beer, soft drinks and water will be supplied at no charge. The menu will include:
Deluxe Sandwich Buffet:
Tender and juicy sliced tri-tip, pulled pork, and chopped chicken, served with potato salad and BBQ Beans.
Peter and Prudence’s beautiful home, at 64880 Collins Rd, Tumalo, is surrounded by lush green pastures. We will have unobstructed views of Bachelor, Broken Top and the Three Sisters while we enjoy lunch from the Wubbas Wagon.
You must register on MotorSportReg.com for the BBQ independent of registering for the Arrive and Drive. Registration will close July 31st! Look for the New Member BBQ on MSR for either New Members and Old Members.
