About this event
Instructor Registration for Tire Rack Street Survival school at Monroe Community College, Rochester, NY.
One-day course to teach teen drivers effective car control techniques in a safe, low-speed environment. Students accompanied by an instructor drive their own cars (including everything, from 911's to pickups and family vans) in a variety of challenging exercises, including emergency braking and lane change, figure-8, slalom, and a low-speed autocross-like course linking all the skills together. Young drivers get to explore the limits of their vehicles and themselves, and come away from the experience more confident and skilled in the art of driving.
Breakfast and lunch, and a Street Survival instructor shirt, are provided.
