About this event
GVC Autocross
Letchworth State park is a new location and a great place to autocross. The events are held at the Mount Morris end of the park in the swimming pool lots.
Please be aware of two unique requirements for Letchworth State Park. FIrst, your autocross vehicle must carry NYS registration. Second is that we start before the park opens so you should not be charged admissions. But, if you leave the park at any point during the day they will charge admissions to re-enter the park.

Car Tech Review
A technical review will be performed on each car. We use a "roving tech" system, so cars will be checked in the paddock area. If your car is ready for tech leave the hood open so the tech team can check it. Items that are checked during tech include:
- All loose objects removed from car interior and trunk, including driver floor mat
- Rapid Throttle return
- Battery secure
- Firm Brake Pedal
- No play in Wheel bearings
- Adequate tire tread (no cord showing)
- Helmet within one generation of current Snell rating. Must have hologram with SA or M 2005 or newer. Loaner helmets are available to drivers that don't have a Snell-certified helmet.
Event requirements
- Participants must have a valid driver's licence.
-
If under 18 with a valid drivers license you must bring a minor waiver signed by both parents
- If you bring your own helmet, it must have a Snell hologram inside the lining with SA or M certification dated 2005 or newer.
- All participants and spectators must sign the GVC waiver on site.
