Thunderbolt Raceway Garage Rental $50/day
Located in the middle of Thunderbolt paddock on Bridge side. Each door is a double bay (Example garages 2 and 3 share the same door but are two separate rentals)
VIP Suite garages $60/day
Located near the Thunderbolt Bridge underneath the VIP Suites Each single bay has its own door 10FT W x33FT D Electric is available on the back wall

Priority will be given to those renting for 2 days.
After August 1 priority will be given, in order of receipt.
After completing registration you will be given a link to submit your credit card information or we can use your credit card used to pay for your Ofest events.
Garage rentals will be processed in order of valid payment.
Rentals will be assigned in order of receipt.

Hours Of Operation
Facilities will be open at 7 a.m. each morning and close at 6 p.m. each evening.
Rules & Regulations
Lessee agrees to comply with the following requirements during all times that this agreement is in effect:
- Garages shall not be sublet to others.
- No commercial operations except for Oktoberfest Vendors and/or Sponsors
- No signage of any type shall be placed on the exterior of any building or doors.
- Fixtures, pictures and signage on or within the building may not be removed.
- NJMP, NJ BMW CCA and BMW CCA are not responsible for cars or equipment in garages.
- At no time shall Lessee permit more than one (1) car to be kept in any one garage. Further, lessee agrees that at all times it shall use said garage(s) in a careful and safe manner and keep the floor neat and clean and free of all debris.
- Lessee at all times will be responsible for the conduct of all guests, employees, and agents and will take all precautions in order to avoid accidents and insure the safety of others.
- Lessee will be responsible for the removal cost of any waste, hazardous or otherwise, including, but not limited to, fuel, oil, or tires left on the premises by the Lessee or any participants.
- Lessee shall fully comply with all posted rules and regulations. In the event of any dispute, the decision of NJMP and BMW CCA shall be final and binding.
ANYONE NOT ADHERING TO THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE EJECTED WITHOUT REFUND.
