FSR New Year Party 2016

Please join us for First Settlers Region's Annual New Year Party at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 6PM.

Kick off the new year hanging out with your FSR friends and enjoying a great dinner.  Your Board of Directors and officers for 2016 will be introduced as well as a rundown of the activities planned for the upcoming year.

We'll also be conducting our famous White Elephant silent auction again.  Have an item you'd like to re-gift?  Bring it to the event and raise money for our charities. Last year's auction was very successful and most of the items were quite popular.  Of course, don't forget to bring your checkbook so you can bid and win!

The event cost is $60 per person, which includes hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner.  We will be in a banquet / ballroom tailored to our needs this year so there should be more opportunity to visit with friends old and new.

The attire for the event is Resort Casual.  What the heck is Resort Casual?  For the men, no ties required.  For the ladies, you always know what to wear... Tacky holiday sweaters are also allowed...

Make room reservations directly with the Kingsmill reservation department at (757) 253-1703 or (800) 832-5665.  Rooms/reservations are first come/first served.  In order to receive the preferred rate, you must identify yourself as a Porsche Club event attendee.  Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out if you fail to identify your affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.  If you prefer a larger room such a 2 or 3 bedroom suite, just ask the reservations folks when you call.
