Join us for the Friday Fun PDX!
In its third year, this unique, low-cost event (Performance Driving EXperience) allows you to take any type of car for some fun car-control-teaching runs on Lime Rock's smaller "autocross"/kart tracks, and get some lead-follow track time on the historic, full 1.53-mile circuit at mid-day. Includes wet skid practice and instruction for novices, or an opportunity to stretch the legs on your unmuffled race car. Camp at the track on Thursday/Friday nights, with a social gathering at the end of the day and full-access spectating of Saturday's club races, all free!
Entry is only $135
(Non-SCCA members can get a weekend membership at check-in for $15)
All payment for MotorsportReg.com entries will be by cash or check (made to "NER SCCA") on-site at the time of check-in.

Please also have a read of the new-for-2014 simplified, two-page Time Trials “rulebook” and check your car with the included tech sheet. Loaner helmets will be available if you don't have your own or arrangements to share already.

Please note that the Instructor Registration is intended for and will be limited to 6-8 experienced, reputable autocross/track drivers. If you feel you may be suitable for the task, feel free to sign in there, but expect an e-mail from the organizer if we're not familiar so we can be sure of the fit. Some instructors will be needed to drive their own tech-compliant car as a leader for the mid-day track laps, and will be allowed to take fun runs as time and space allow in the latter part of the day.
