About this event
Flamethrower RoadRally 2025
This is a SAVE THE DATE posting and will be updated later.
The Flamethrower Rally is a Regularity Rally run in the Minnesota part of the Driftless area. The course takes advantage of the elevation changes, natural twisty roads, and challenging winter conditions in the valleys flowing into the Mississippi River. "Flamethrower" is a reference to the Lucas Flamethrower driving lights, and as such, much of this rally will be held not only in challenging terrain and winter weather conditions, but also in dusk and nighttime conditions!
Each car must include two people: a driver and a navigator. No other passengers are allowed. If your navigator is a minor a special release is required.
No special equipment is required. For the most fun, we recommend you download the Rabbit Rally 2.0 app to use our interactive digital roadbook and GPS timing. Rabbit Rally 2.0 offers an interactive digital roadbook and does all calculations for you so that you always know if you are on time. Time Allowances are now integrated directly into Rabbit for easier operation.
Timing is done via independent GPS boxes mounted on your windows.
