About this event
Join the North Star Chapter BMW CCA the weekend of October 10th - 12th for our first event on BIR's new short track!
The Driving Events Committee recommends that everyone read the BIR Welcome Packet prior to the event for general event information. This is important to make sure you are ready for the event; for example, having an approved helmet. The Welcome Packet can be found here, along with other useful forms and documents:

BIR Tech Inspection:
There will be a free tech inspection in advance of the event at Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington. Please join us Thursday evening, September 11th from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m to have your car teched for our event. Remember, you must have your car inspected and the tech form completed in advanced to the event. Bring the completed tech form with you to the track. If you are an out of town person, or cannot make our tech inspection event on the 11th, you may have your car teched at any auto repair shop. Motorwerks BMW will also be our track-side support at this event; THANK YOU!

We will be staying at the Comfort Suites on 371 in Baxter. The club has stayed here before, and our rates are $89.00 per night/$99.00 per night with waterpark pass. When making your reservation, mention that you are with the 'BMW club'. The block of rooms for the club are reserved through September 9th; register by then to guarantee your room. Rooms are available to the public after September 9th. Comfort Suites can be reached at (218) 825-7234.
Saturday Night Dinner Information:
For our Saturday night dinner, we will be back at the Prairie Bay Restaurant next to the Comfort Suites.
