Experienced Driver (Open Wheel) Turn One Track Day

Carolina Motorsports Park

About this event

Turn One Track Days provide opportunities for the novice all the way through the seasoned racer to experience Carolina Motorsports Park's 2.27 mile, 14-turn road course.

For those with little to no on-track experience, we offer a High Performance Drivers’ Education (HPDE)** group to learn more about your vehicle and improve general driving and road course skills. The Turn One Track Day HPDE Group is $350.00 per day or if a two day event $560.00 for both days and includes the cost of your instructor. HPDE drivers move into the Solo group upon obtaining the necessary skills. In both the HPDE and Solo groups there are controlled passing zones.

For those with some experierence on a road course or those who have moved on from the HPDE group, we offer our Solo group of skilled drivers who can drive safely on track with similarly skilled drivers with controlled passing zones. The Turn One Track Day Solo Group is $250.00 per day or if a two day event $400.00 for both days.

For those very expereinced drivers, we offer a Super Solo group for experienced drivers (licensed racers or drivers approved by the Chief Instructor only) with track prepared cars and instructors to be on track with less restrictive passing rules. The Turn One Track Day Super Solo Group is $250.00 per day or if a two day event $400.00 for both days.

For those in open wheel vehicles, we offer an Open Wheel group.

We also include a limited number of days that we allow open wheel drivers to participate. You will be asked to become a member of CMP there is no cost for this.
