ETRSCCA members and family are invited to our year end banquet and trophy dinner.
When: Saturday January 11, 2020 at 6 PM

Menu: All entrees will include a dinner salad.
Filet Mignon (6oz): The king of all steaks, a delicious center cut of Midwestern Beef. Servers with a Kosher-Salted Baked Potato. $21
Seasoned Sirloin (9oz): A flavorful cut of fully seared Midwestern Beef. Served with a Kosher-salted Baked Potato $16
Grilled Chicken: A fresh boneless Breast of Chicken marinated for 72 hours in our seasonings. Served with Rice Pilaf and Steamed Broccoli $16
Smoked Pork Loin: A slow-cooked smoked Pork Loin with Honey-Bourbon Glaze. Served with Steamed Broccoli and Kosher-salted Baked Potato $16
Preregistration and prepayment is required for everyone attending. Registration closes at midnight on 1/5/20.
Everyone is welcome to attend, membership is not required. After dinner, expect a season recap along with a presentation of the year end awards. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
