About this event
EDKRA 2019 Club Membership
Why:
EDKRA members looking to renew (or new members looking to join) for next season are being asked to pay their 2019 club membership dues online.
2019 membership forms, waivers, medical forms, etc will be available for completion on the website and must be provided prior to any on-track activity in the new year.
What:
Annual Membership (April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020) in the EDKRA, Western Canada's:
- Biggest kart club (# of race entries in 2016)
- Most fun, inviting, and hospitable kart club (can any other club really top the Summer Challenge, our year end party, our weekend evenings around the campfire, our washroom facilities with flushing toilets and showers, our camping facilities, our powered pit spaces, or our incredible camaraderie?)
Membership includes "24/7", "365 days/year" access to the Warburg kart track for racing, practice, and testing.
Members are able to select a pit spot within the secured facility where they can keep their racing equipment (trailer, etc) at no additional cost, during the racing season (April to September).
Edmonton-area (generally Northern Alberta) kart racers must be members of the EDKRA to participate in EDKRA club races.
Membership is required in order to accumulate points towards the EDKRA Championships and year-end prizes.
Cost:
Annual membership dues assist in the club in covering facility improvement costs, and general operating costs. First family member $500 plus $300 volunteer deposit
