The fee will be collected at the time of your registration. Other drinks and desserts can be purchased separately at the restaurant.
This drives always sells out. This year we are limited to 60 people to follow COVID-19 restrictions and protocols so be sure to register early. PORSCHE vehicles only on this drive please!
Everyone will need to sign the PCA liability waiver form(s) during check-in; for members with children under the age of 18, a minor liability waiver form will need to be signed by one parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
All drivers must attend a drivers' safety briefing that will be held after check-in and prior to departure. We will have multiple "run groups". You will be given a colored dot when you check in that needs to be placed on the upper driver's side of your windshield. The colored dot will designate which "run group" you will be driving in during the tour.
Meet at Hagerty Insurance by 8 AM. Departure will begin at 9:00 AM. We will be heading south into Sedalia, then down CO 105 through Perry Park and into Monument before ending in Colorado Springs at the famed Edelweiss German restaurant..
Lunch is in the Biergarten (weather permitting). Otherwise downstairs in the Bratskellar.
COVID-19, the novel corona virus, has become the forefront of immediate health concerns. The RMR Board has been following and discussing these issues frequently. We understand that members have concerns. In all things we do, we consider first and foremost the health and safety of our members, volunteers, and sponsors. As we begin to host events again, we ask that everyone follow the guidelines below to help keep themselves and fellow members safe.
- Social distancing is key when gathering for the event. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet from friends and staff whenever possible.
- Face coverings are most essential in times when social distancing is difficult. Face coverings are meant to protect those around you in case you are unknowingly infected. We are requiring that masks be worn at all times unless eating, drinking, or driving. Please bring your own face mask and have it on when you arrive to check in.
- Avoid handshakes, fist bumps, and other forms of physical contact. When appropriate, use hand sanitizer or wash your hands and avoid touching your face. For your health please bring some hand sanitizer and use it frequently.
Following these guidelines will help to lower the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19, and will facilitate our ability to host more events in the future.
**These guidelines are subject to change as the demands of the pandemic are constantly evolving, so we ask for everyone’s flexibility as we prepare and host this event. Any changes will be announced by email communication before the event, or at driver’s meetings at the event. **
