To live up to my commitment to keep the Eastern Region membership informed and updated on happenings in the club. I have scheduled a first quarter Eastern Region Town Hall Meeting for:
October 15th from 7:00 to 8:30 PM EST Via Zoom VTC
Join me for the Eastern Region 4th quarter Town Hall meeting via ZOOM. Sign up early as I am limited to just 97 participants on my Zoom account.

Please submit your questions ahead of time to mbcadirectoreasternregion@gmail.com. All questions will be categorized, to help cut down on repetitive questions. We will try to answer as many as time will allow.
IMPORTANT ZOOM VTC SECURITY NOTE: I am well aware of security issues that have been brought to light over the last several months concerning ZOOM VTCs. ZOOM has implemented many security fixes over the last several weeks and we have instituted a number of security precautions, which include a set of ground rules that will be covered at the start of the presentation and in the next paragraph. As these ground rules constitute part of our security system, it is important to follow them.
Therefore, because of the hacking incident that occurred at the October 2020 4th quarter Townhall conference of our meeting being hacked, no attendees will be admitted if their login name is anything other than their first and last name. i.e., Jim Smith or jsmith@comcast.net are acceptable. This means no phone numbers, No emails such as fastbenz@email.com or benzfan@email.com, Jims ipad, jimsphone, etc Once you log in you should change you login name in Zoom if it is anything other than your first and last name..
It would be best to download the Zoom app beforehand to simplify connection. We’ll plan to have the VTC up by 6:45 p.m. EDT so we can hopefully get any technical issues out of the way. So please log in early and try to be on time.. Please be on time, as I do not expect to be able to admit participants to the event in a timely manner after the 7 p.m. EDT start time.
I will record the meeting for those cannot attend and post it for viewing after the meeting.
The Zoom Link will be emailed to all registered attendees the day prior to the event. If you do not receive the Zoom link it maybe because your email is incorrect, or the email went to your spam folder.
