Great Lakes Division SOLO Series Events # 5, 6 & 7
Saturday A.M. Event Saturday P.M. Event Sunday Event
Three Separate Events in Two Days
Start off your Saturday at Oscoda with not one but two Events. We will have a short switchover timeout and then resume with Event # 2. For your patience, we will provide the Dogs, Burgers, and beverages for you at the end of the last run of Event #2. Please feel free to bring something to pass if you wish. Please, no pets in the food area.
On Sunday there will be a third Event on a third course.
These Events will have a minimum of 10 runs over the two days. If 10 + runs are not enough for you, make it a 3 day weekend & attend the Friday TEST N TUNE. Work a 1 hour shift on course and then play all day.
SPECIAL NOTE: The site no longer allows use of grass areas for any activity beyond dog walking. This means camping onsite is permitted but must be on the asphalt. We ask all competitors to help enforce this provision so we can continue to enjoy this great facility in the future.
Schedule for the event and entry fees:
Friday August 15th
TEST N TUNE set up 10:00a.m.
Run cars immediately after set up - 4:00p.m.
All entrants must work 1 hour shift
Limited 80 Drivers
Evening Registration & Tech 6:00p.m. - 7:30p.m. (Registration until the Merideths leave for their hotel – stop in at their trailer at your convenience when you arrive Friday)
Course Walking 6:00 p.m. till dark
Saturday August 16th
Registration & Tech 8:0 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Course Walking till 9:00 a.m.
NOVICE WALK 9:05 a.m.
Drivers Meeting 9:20 a.m.
First car off immediately afterwards
Event format is ? runs in A.M. Event # 5
Course Changeover
Event format is ? runs in P.M> Event # 6
Immediately after the final runs we will provide hot dogs, coney dogs, burgers and a pasta salad with beverages of all kinds. If you would care to bring a dish to pass, please do so.
Sunday August 17th
Registration & Tech 7:30 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.
Course Walking till 8:00 a.m. First Heat cars to Grid 8:00 a.m.
First car off 8:30 a.m.
Please note the earlier start time for Sunday to allow travelers ample time to arrive home
TEST N TUNE ONLY $35 or $15 with event
Entry Fee SCCA Member: $ 30 per Event or $60 for all 3 (Weekend)
Formula Junior Drivers: $ 20 per Event or $30 for all 3 (Weekend)
Non SCCA Members must purchase a weekend membership for $15
TRAVELERS SPECIAL Saturday only 2 Events $45 for SCCA $25 Junior Drivers
ALL vehicles must meet the National SOLO Rules. We will run the Divisional class SMS (Street Tire Street Modified)

We are looking for help in all specialty areas, so please don't be afraid to step up and help out if there is something you are interested in learning!
Event requirements
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, REGARDLESS OF ONLINE REGISTRATION STATUS!
You must provide a valid driver's license.
Minor competitors (under the age of 18) MUST provide a minor waiver with BOTH parent's signatures.
