Rescheduled to 9/29: Third Time's the Charm, we hope! A BRIGHT AND EARLY MORNING DRIVE TO THE "GATHERING OF THE FAITHFUL" at the European Festival in Winchester with PCA POTOMAC'S DRIVE AND DINE GANG!

Join us for an early morning drive on Saturday, September 29 (rescheduled date and destination venue) that will lead us from South Riding VA to Winchester, on a scenic route taking us through Middleburg, and Mount Weather on the bluest of blue roads. We will leave at 9 AM, arriving before 11 AM at the European Festival where we will be able to park amongst classic and beloved Porsche models and enjoy a day "where everyone wins a door prize, socialize, eat & drink and enjoy the sites". There is no sign-up fee for this drive, but we ask that you register for planning purposes and so the organizers of the event know who will be arriving.
The European Festival features food, drinks and entertainment from the British Isles, Germany and Italy, and is from 11 AM to 5 PM. If you wish to participate in the door prize portion of the "Gathering of the Faithful" event then there is a cost of $5.00 at the door (registration closes at 1:30 and door prizes are drawn at 2). Porsche of Tysons Corner has donated some great items for prizes. We have a variety of prizes from a Porsche Motorsports Hat, Porsche Key Chain, Porsche Museum Books, Coffee Mug, tools, cleaning supplies and more official Porsche Merchandise. Everyone who registers will get their choice of either an official Porsche Showroom Poster or if they are a 356 owner they may wish to choose a Porsche Classics 356 Parts Catalog.

Time: Meet 8:30 am (venue near South Riding o be provided to registrants)
Destination: European Festival, to be held at the Campus of Valley Health Systems, 1840 Amherst Street, Winchester VA 22601
There will be separate admission to the European Festival food/entertainment event ($10 general admission, $25 passport includes admission, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and keepsake).

Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Our events are open to all marques. But we prefer Porsche, of course :)
- You do not need to be a PCA member to participate. But you may find you might want to become one afterward!!
- This event has limited capacity. Watch the website for revisions.
- If you are bringing children 12 or under, you will need to fill out an additional waiver. Please contact driveanddine@pcapotomac.org to obtain this form.
- We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact and payment information.
- We initially list all registrants as “confirmed”, or "waitlisted" if the event or activity is filled to capacity. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- If you must cancel, please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the waitlist to partiicpate.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
PAYMENT FOR THE "GATHERING OF THE FAITHFUL" EVENT WILL BE AT THE VENUE.
