Take an early morning drive to the European Festival in Winchester with the Drive and Dine fun bunch!

Join us for an early morning drive on Saturday, September 28 that will lead us from South Riding VA to Winchester, on a scenic route taking us through Middleburg, and Mount Weather following the best back roads. We will leave at 9 AM, arriving before 11 AM at the European Festival where we will be able to park inside the event as you display your Porsche for the public while enjoying a great time!. There is no sign-up fee for this drive, but we ask that you register for planning purposes and so the organizers of the event know who will be arriving.
The European Festival features food, drinks and entertainment from the British Isles, Germany, Greece and Italy, and is from 11 AM to 5 PM. There is a KIds Zone too. The festival will also include a marketplace featuring additional crafts and treats from Europe. Food and entertainment is provided under festival peak tents – so the festival will take place rain or shine!

Time: Meet 8:30 am (venue near South Riding to be provided to registrants)
Destination: European Festival, to be held at the Campus of Valley Health Systems, 1840 Amherst Street, Winchester VA 22601
There will be separate admission to the European Festival food/entertainment event ($10 general admission, $30 passport includes admission, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and keepsake). Proceeds from the 2019 European Festival benefit the Valley Health Cancer Center.

Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Our events are open to all marques. But we prefer Porsche, of course :)
- You do not need to be a PCA member to participate. But you may find you might want to become one afterward!!
- This event has limited capacity. Watch the website for revisions.
- If you are bringing children 12 or under, you will need to fill out an additional waiver. Please contact driveanddine@pcapotomac.org to obtain this form.
- We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact and payment information.
- We initially list all registrants as “confirmed”, or "waitlisted" if the event or activity is filled to capacity. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- If you must cancel, please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the waitlist to partiicpate.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
PAYMENT FOR THE EVENT WILL BE AT THE VENUE.
