We are limited to the TOTAL number of people at this event, therefore each registered competitor is only allowed ONE other person in with them at the gate - this is the driver's PIT CREW, not the cheering squad.
There is a mandatory Gate fee for anyone entering BIR.

Autocross Friday-
Test your driving skills at the AutoX. Unlike any other auto-x event you've been to, this one you wont need to work or pickup cones. Simply show up and drive!
Friday cap- 100 entries.
SELLING YOUR ENTRY IS NO LONGER ALLOWED. If you can't make it for whatever reason, you must put in your cancellation request via MotorSportReg BEFORE Pre-Reg Closes.
If you show up late and miss the Drivers Meeting, YOU CAN NOT RUN. Please be on time and plan accordingly. This is for the safety of everyone at the event (You miss the meeting you miss important information).

Friday AutoX Schedule:
Registration/Tech: Noon – 1:30pm
Drivers Meeting: 1:45pm
Course goes hot: 2:00pm
Auto-X Ends: 8pm(approximately)

**All competitors will be assigned a car number upon checking in at the event. There will no longer be an option to register with a custom number.**
ALL Cancelations will be subject to a 10% fee and we must be notified 72 hours prior (READ- PRIOR as in BEFORE) to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refund Policy: There are none. If your car only makes 1 lap, you will NOT be refunded. Sorry.
Event requirements
HPDE Requirements:
-Must be 18 and older with a valid Driver's License.
-MUST have a Snell 2010+ rated helmet. NO Exceptions at all!
-LONG pants are Required for Drag and Road Course.
-NO Passengers.
-It is HIGHLY recommended that this is NOT your first road course experience. We will not have instructors avalible for this event.
-Brake Fluid & Brake Pads, You must have High Temp brake fluid and brake pads designed for track days. If you cant tell us the make/model of your brake pad and fluid, you wont be going on track
Autocross Requirements:
-DOT Helmet
-Must pass basic tech inspection
-Autocross Age Requirement: Drivers MUST posses a valid drivers license (temporary permits do not count). Drivers under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian on-site at all times to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parent or Guardian will need to sign the Minor Participant Waiver.
