Cascade Sports Car Club's Saturday Road Rally Series offers beginner-friendly time-speed-distance road rallies, lasting from three to four hours, starting and ending in the Portland area. The July 18 rally ends in Carver. This rally is about 115 miles long and takes about four hours.
Entry requires a street-legal vehicle, licensed and insured driver, navigator, and a smart device (e.g., cell phone or tablet) running the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app. The Richta app will be used to time and score the rally.
Entry fee: $20 per car for CSCC members, $30 per car for non-members.

2'ish p.m. - First car finishes
Due to the current global pandemic, online registration is required. Day-of-event on-site registration will not be available. This is Cascade’s fifth TSsD (Time Speed social Distance) road rally and will be conducted in compliance with current social distancing orders. “You stay in your car; we’ll stay in ours.”
Those who register by the July 15 deadline will receive an email on Thursday, providing further instructions including your car number assignment, instructions for registering your car number in the Competitor Richta app, and a link to e-sign the required event insurance waiver. Once you’ve completed these check-in steps, we’ll email the route instructions. You’ll need to print them.
On Saturday morning, show up at Milwaukie Lowe’s a few minutes before your out time, wave at other teams queued up ready to rally. Leave by your out time.

Results will be emailed soon after all teams have completed the course. Winners can claim their candy bar prizes at a future event or by arrangement.
Although we enjoy chatting with you at registration and at the end of a rally, we recognize that social distancing is essential to reduce spread of the virus. And we can still road rally!
Event requirements
Cascade's Saturday Rally Series is beginner-friendly. No road rally experience needed. Familiarity with CSCC's Road Rally Rules is helpful.
The driver must have a valid driver’s license and carry minimum insurance coverage(s) as required in the state where the vehicle is registered.
Each entry team must have a smart device (e.g., cell phone or tablet) running the most current version of the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app. Instructions for downloading and using the Richta app will be provided Thursday before the rally as part of your entry check-in. All occupants of the vehicle registered for this event - driver, navigator, passengers - must e-sign the required event insurance waiver. The link to e-sign the waiver will be provided Thursday before the rally as part of check-in.
A parent or legal guardian must sign a minor release form for participants under the age of 18. Contact rally@cascadesportscarclub.org if you need a minor release form.
