Come Prepare for the Driving Season Ahead!

Location: Scott Orr’s tech garage located at the SE corner of Sieville ave and Balboa Ln. in Columbia, MO
The Columbia Porsche Group will be kicking off the season this year with a Spring Breakout Talk and Tech Session. It’s time to give your Porsche a little TLC before hitting the road this year. We all like our cars looking good, and Allen Maddy and Robby Robinson are going to give you some tips on how to do just that. The emphasis this year will be on the kind of cleaning an owner can do with products off the shelf at your friendly local auto parts store.
Robby will display some cleaners that are made in the St. Louis area, near Alton, IL. There are cleaners for every part of your car’s interior, exterior, wheels and engine. Robby will go over some new products that take the place of traditional detailing items that make the job easier and faster.
Allen has experience in cleaning a car that might be a recent purchase, or that needs the grime removed following a weekend at the track. While the guys are bringing products and tools, we will not be lifting any cars off the group.
The only waiver required for this event is the PCACommunicableDiseaseWaiver202103011.pdf Please print this waiver out in color, sign it, and bring it with you to the Tech Session. We will also have a copy available for you to complete at the event, if necessary.
We will set out some coolers of soft drinks and water, and you are welcome to bring your own lunch and lawn chairs. We are meeting within a mile of about a dozen fast food restaurants, so your lunch will be within quick reach. Details and directions can be found on motorsportreg.com when you register to attend.
