Saturday, August 22: Columbia River Gorge Tour

Summer is the perfect time to retreat into the Columbia River Gorge.  On Saturday, August 22, 2009 we will walk up to the Larch Mountan viewpoint, drive on the Historic Columbia River Highway, thru scenic woodlands and past waterfalls, with a stop at the Crown Point Vista House, and then attend a private tour of the Bonneville Dam.

Our lunch stop is in Cascade Locks at the Char Burger Restaurant.  With a spectacular view of the Bridge of the Gods, you will enjoy a great burger, fish & chips, prepared salad or salad bar, or a sandwich.
