CKRA/ROK Cup BC Race July 4, 2021

Description:

This Spring and Summer all Kartplex Race events will be operated under strict limits in order to keep our staff and racers safe and to ensure that we are in compliance with all local and provincial COVID restrictions and requirements.  Please see our COVID protocols (below) and make sure that you are in compliance before you arrive on the property.

Requirements:

Our COVID Policies

• All visitors must make reservations in advance so that we can control the number of people on the property at any given time.
• ALL Visitor must wear a mask or BC Health approved face covering or helmet at all times while on the property
  • A mask is required in all customer parking, pits, retail and hospitality areas (including the restroom)
  • A helmet may be worn in lieu of a mask in the pits and track areas
  • NO EXCEPTIONS
• Once arrived at the facility, we only allow members of a single household or 'bubble' into the registration area at one time.
• All visitors must maintain a minimum of 2m socially distant from any other person that is not within their bubble

• We have posted signage that warns at risk, sick, or exposed clients and staff that they are not allowed on the property.
• We provide rest areas that allow each family to stay at least 2m from any individual or family that does not reside with thier bubble.
• Sanitization products are available at every ‘touch point’ in the event that they are used
• We provide more than enough physical space to maintain social distance for all visitors

• We will make repeated announcements throughout the race event to remind patrons to maintain face coverage and social distance

Restistration Fees:

Club KARTPLEX Members (Kart Owners):

• Pre-Registration - $125
• Late Registration - $135
• Extra Class - $50

Non Members (Kart Owners):

• Pre-Registration - $140
• Late Registration - $150
• Extra Class - $50

Other:

• Transponder Rental $25 - Bring your Drivers License to Registration to collect your transponder.  We have limited transponder rentals so please arrange in advance.
• Pit passes $15 per person, including all crew members (One crew per racer max)
• Registration Fee includes Saturday July 3rd practice 8:00am until 11:30am.  Friday July 2, 2021 would be an additional fee and must be booked in advance through rose@kartplex.ca
