Saturday Dinner (optional)!
We invite you to stay for dinner at the hotel Saturday night. Enjoy some good food and continued discussions, socializing, and bench racing. The cost of dinner is NOT included in the registration, but you WILL receive a coupon good for $5 towards the purchase of dinner in the hotel restaurant.
As in the past, breakfast and lunch on Saturday are provided at no charge.
Important Notes:
Please register by Friday, March 7th to be included in the lunch count. Meal is not guaranteed for those who register after this date. If you have special dietary or facility needs, please contact Paula Spencer, flyenracegal@aol.com

The hotel guest rooms for CENDIV Spring Training/AWT are available for reserving at this time. The dates of training are Saturday and Sunday March 14 and 15, 2015 (Stewardsand Solo only on Sunday at this time) Please call the hotels directly and advise that you are booking from the "Sports Car Club" room block. As there were last year a few rooms at the Super 8 will be available. It is a less expensive option however it does not provide the same amenities as the Best Western.

Rate of $89.00 per night plus taxes and incidentals for King or 2 Queens
Super 8
Rack Rate of $69.88 per night plus taxes and incidentals (bed configuration not known) No block of rooms is being held.
The room block expires on February 14th, 2015. After that date if there are still rooms available both hotels may honor the contracted rate, but it is not guaranteed.
Your committee is again looking forward to a very successful event. For those who may not know we are contracted with this facility through 2016.
