Gate Fee: $20.00 per person for the weekend. Under 16 FREE
Gate Opens: 12:00 pm Friday & 6:30am Saturday & Sunday.
Gate Closes: 5:00 pm Friday & Saturday and 11:30 am Sunday.
If the gate is not staffed when you arrive, you must report back there the next morning, pay your gate fee, sign the release, and get your security bracelet.
Camping: Motorhomes and campers are welcome. Primitive camping. No hook ups. Campfires are welcome as long as you follow Smokey the Bear's rules
Lodging: Lodging is available in Union, SC; Clinton, SC; Newberry, SC; Spartanburg, SC
Concessions: Davis' Peanuts & Concessions will be back with delicious food at great prices.

Schedule, Saturday: Sign-up and tech, 7:00-9:00am; rider’s meeting (all riders), 9:45am; sighting lap (all riders), 10:20am. Vintage event, with Post Vintage Novice-class riders, 11:00am. Post Vintage event (no Novice-class riders), 1:00pm.
Schedule, Sunday: Sign-up/ and tech, 7:00-8:00am; rider’s meeting (all riders), 8:15am; sighting lap (all riders), 8:30am. Vintage event, with Post Vintage Novice-class riders, 9:00am. Post Vintage event (no Novice-class riders), 11:30am.
Event requirements
MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance.
