TC Racer Rebate 

Purpose:  Racer Rebate program is intended to keep racing affordable for all participants at Team Continental ICSCC events by returning portions of entry fees on a sliding scale based on participation.

1. Dividend payout schedule.

Payout calculation example:

Jane racer enters 2day combo race, 1 2^nd group Sunday only, and 1 enduro with a second driver Joe racer.   Joe racer is not entered in any other race.  Car count was 287.

Jane’s entry count:   

2 day combo (2 races)

1 second group day (1 race)

1 endruo race  (1 race)

2nd driver joe (0 race)

4 races x $15.00 = $60.00 dividend mailed to Jane racer

Rules:

1. Late entries after July 22^th 2014 11:59pm to the event will count toward the total entry count, but are not eligible to receive any post race TC racer rebate payments.  No exceptions will be made.
2. Dividends will be paid out by paper check mailed by US postage to the registered entrants address post marked no later than 10 business days after the event or August 8^th 2014.  This will be the dividend method no matter the form of the original payment (cash, check or debit/credit).
3. Any dividend checks not cashed 90 days after mailing may be canceled by TC and returned to the TC general fund as a donation.  Although we would rather you choose to decline your TC racer rebate rather than not cashing the check.  If you choose to do this please inform the registrar at the event.
4. All Paid entries count toward the total entry count.  Free races, raffle winners, novice upgrade, or voucher entries do not count in the dividend total entry count.   
5. Endurance Co-drivers do not count in the total entry count, and 2nd (or more) drivers are not eligible for dividend payment.  Dividend payments if any will be paid to the primary driver of any endro entry.
