SOLO DRIVING DAY
Are you ready to get back on track after a long wet winter?
When - Feb 28th, 2021; check in 7-8.
Where - Pacific Raceway
Who -Instructors, A, B and solo C drivers approved by the DEC and CDI: If you have not driven SOLO with BMW CCA before you must have documented solo time to qualify for this event. You must provide this documentation to the registrar. It will then be evaluated by the CDI/DEC.
What - solo only, no in-car instruction or passengers
All drivers will be charged $250 for the event.
You are encouraged to bring your own snacks and water.

Inspection Forms will be collected by the Registrar via email prior to the track day.
Registration for this event is limited to current BMWCCA members. If you are not a member, please go to http://bmwcca.org to sign up and receive a valid membership number. Event registrations will not be confirmed until membership can be validated by the Registrar and approved by the CDI or DEC.
Cost: $250 Registration fees include box lunch. Registration will close at 1700 the Thurs. prior to the event or when the event reaches capacity.
ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE MARKED NEW UNTIL THE CHIEF DRIVING INSTRUCTOR/SENIOR DRIVING INSTRUCTOR GIVE THE GO AHEAD. THEN YOUR REGISTRATION WILL MOVE TO CONFIRMED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
BMWCCA Puget Sound Region has provided High Performance Driving events at Pacific Raceway and other tracks for more than 40 years. We have a very good safety record and an experienced corps of volunteer Instructors. Track events have long been a part of the Club experience; so much so that track driving is really part of the Club’s DNA.

Covid-19 restrictions will be in place. You must wear a face mask while on Pacific Raceways property unless you are in your car on the track.

Event requirements
BMWCCA membership is required for participation in all BMWCCA PSR High Performance Driving track events.
If you are not a member, please go to http://bmwcca.org to sign up and receive a valid membership number. Event registrations will not be confirmed until membership can be validated by the Registrar.
High Performance Driving Requirements:
1. Valid Driver's License
2. Minimum age of 18 years
3. Enclosed vehicle - Convertibles are NOT permitted
4. Minimum Snell 2010 SA or M rated Helmet
5.Pre-Event Technical Inspection:
Please note that we have a new form for 2021 which is more detailed than prior years. You must submit a new tech form for each event, not just at the beginning of the season. Please review the new form in detail.
The safe condition and operation of your vehicle is your responsibility. We highly encourage that a qualified shop inspect your vehicle. If you a qualified individual and are confident you have the skills and expertise to inspect your own vehicle, you may do so, but it remains your responsibility to confirm that your car is safe and meets the inspection standards at each event.
Please also take note of new brake fluid change requirements – at least every 6 track events or one year, whichever is sooner. For this February event, you should plan on fresh brake fluid.
Equal restraints for passengers and drivers will not be enforced while remain operating with only one person in the vehicle.
