Let's try this again!! New venue looks promising.

Registration fees
Pre-Registration for Members - $50
Pre-Registration for non-Members- $65

Walk-Ups for Members - $60
Walk-Ups for non-Members - $75

Additional important site / event info:

No studded tires will be allowed.
ALL VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE WORKING MUFFLERS! A 99 decibel limit on the exhaust will be measured 20 inches from the exit during tech. This is mandatory to be compliant with local ordinances. Sorry. There are free apps you can download to check at home before the event.

Trucks with trailers will not be able to drive all the way up to the paddock / competition area. There will be a field to the left of the driveway when you first pull in for trucks and trailers. There is plenty of room to turn around, navigate and park. You can then take your competition vehicle and everything you need up to the paddock and competition area.

The competition area is 1/4 mile back a stone and dirt driveway, with a pretty steep hill up to the fields that we are using. There are drainage swells and ditches going up the drive, which is the reasoning of not allowing trucks / trailers up there. We cannot risk getting anyone stuck there. That is the only way to and from the competition area.

CAMPING IS ALLOWED! The owner is okay with people camping up where the paddock area is as long as everyone is respectful. It does sit atop a hill, so expect it to be a little windy. Due to that, camp fires probably will not be allowed but we will see. Carry out whatever you carry in.

The competition area consist of smooth fields on top of a hill. The soil has a decent amount of shale mixed in, so it drains very well. It should be an excellent surface to race on. There is a good amount of elevation changes which adds in an extra level of fun and difficulty. There is not much in the form of shade, so dress accordingly and bring sun block.

Side note: Please make sure you have a number assigned to your vehicle profile when registering.

RUN PROCEDURE / SCHEDULE
We will run two sessions of competition, a morning session and an afternoon session, likely with course changes between sessions.

We will run two groups of competitors, Group A and Group B. Groups will be comprised of complete car classes. Groups will be organized to have the same number of drivers, or as close the same number of drivers as possible.

Drivers will be gridded within their class in reverse order of which they registered. This means the earlier you register, the better your starting position.

CAR/DRIVER LIMITS
There will be a maximum of two drivers per car per run group.

We are capping entries at 50. So pre-register if you want to race!

PENALTIES
A two (2) second penalty will be charged for each upright cone knocked down or displaced, including those after the finish.

A ten (10) second penalty will be charged for missing a gate or going around an upright cone the wrong way.

In the case of a DNF or a jump start, a bogey time will be awarded for that run. That bogey time will be calculated by using the slowest raw time, per class, per run group, plus fifteen (15) seconds.

SCORING
Each driver will be scored on his/her total accumulated time for all official runs, including penalties.

MECHANICAL FAILURE
One (1) 15-minute mechanical break (referred to as a “mechanical”) may be taken per event to make necessary repairs.

VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION
All national SCCA RallyCross classes will be recognized:

SR    SF    SA
PR    PF    PA
MR    MF    MA
C2    C4    X
Exhibition (X) class may be used when more than 2 drivers are sharing a car and you cannot go up a class, or if 2 drivers wish to be in opposite groups. X class cars are not scored and therefore are not eligible for season points.

In addition to vehicle eligibility as defined in the 2019 RallyCross rulebook, drivers wishing to compete in a truck must demonstrate their vehicle is at least as wide as it is tall in order to be eligible. Specific trucks may be barred from competition at the discretion of the Safety Steward and/or RallyCross Chair.
