This Autocross event will be held on the front lot. Drift will use the middle lot.

Registration: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
First Car Off: 10:30 AM
This year, BMC Autocross is proud to run multiple events in conjunction with our new BMC / FSD Drift program, with the action alternating between main and secondary lots when at Dover Speedway. This autocross event will be held on the main parking lot on the southeast side of the Speedway.
Preregistration is strongly encouraged. Preregistration closes 24 hours before the event date. Late registration for walkups on the day of the event will include a $5 late registration fee. Thank you!
Trophies awarded by class! In addition to typical autocross classes, we offer a CLASSIC STREET CAR class for mostly-stock cars 1978 and older. Let's give those older cars the exercise they deserve!
This year we are proud to host autocrosses, drift events, and road rallies. Please ask about our BMC Rally program - all BMC road rallies are free and open to the public! We want to introduce autocross and drift enthusiasts to another fun type of motorsport with a long, rich history. Email BMCautox@gmail.com for details or talk to any BMC staff volunteer at one of our events.
All events are scheduled for Saturday unless noted otherwise. Rain dates will be scheduled when possible.
Autocross Registration Fees:
Entry – BMC Yearly Member $40
Entry – Non-member $45 (includes 1-day BMC membership)
Please note – preregistration is strongly encouraged. Space for walkup registrations on the day of the event will be limited and may not be available at all. All walkup registrations are subject to a $5 late registration fee.
If you preregister and are unable to attend, credit toward a future event will be issued if you cancel and notify us prior to the close of preregistration. Thank you.
Event requirements
- NO OPEN EXHAUST – Effective muffler required. We reserve the right to disqualify a car from competition if it is judged to be too loud.
- Approved helmet (M or SA 2005 or newer) and seatbelts are required. Loaner helmets will be available.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Minor drivers must have a parent/guardian in attendance.
- Vehicles must pass safety and technical inspection.
- All contestants, workers, and guests must sign a release and waiver of liability. Parent/guardian signatures required for those under 18.
- All cars are welcome to compete except SUVs and other vehicles that present a rollover risk.
- Common Solo rules and classifications will generally be followed. We reserve the right to modify/interpret these rules to suit the spirit of the competition and to promote safety.
