This is the first of 6 HPDE's Rocky Mountain Region will have at HPR in 2015. Sign-up early as the daily registration will be limited to 135 participants per day and the novice run group each day will be limited to 30 participants depending upon instructor availability. Prioity will be given based on day and time of registration and PCA membership. Each driver will be waitlisted until confirmed by the CDIs.

Rennstall USA will be helping cover the cost of the event shirts, a short sleeve polo style with embroidered logos, Rennstall and RMR, available to you through April 10th for the low price of $15. 

On-Site Tires will be providing a delicious FREE dinner at Beer-30 on Saturday.

This Event will be using Deferred Billing, if you are paying with a credit card it will not be charged until Tuesday, April 21st.

Date:  April 25 & 26, 2015         

                    Gates open at 5:00 PM Friday night

                    Registration opens at 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday

                    Mandatory all drivers’ meeting at 8:00 AM,(each day) first time drivers' meeting following the drivers' meeting. (each day)

Location:   High Plains Raceway, 17 miles east of Byers on US-36 (Deer Trail)

Event requirements

National PCA membership number and membership status will be verified as part of the registration process.  If you do not include a valid PCA membership number (or forward a pending membership confirmation from PCA to the registrar), a $10 non-member fee will be assessed.  

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to participate in this event.  Your driver's license will be checked at registration!

You must have a Snell-certified SA2005 or M2005 or newer helmet.  You must wear long pants and long sleeve shirt (made of natural fibers) and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets will be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track.  Your helmet will need an RMR/PCA sticker. A limited number of loaner helmets are available.

No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs.

We cannot accomodate two (2) driver cars if both drivers are novice drivers and attending their first DE event.  Also, three (3) driver cars are not allowed.

Attendance at RMR DEs at HPR will be limited to a total of 135 drivers per day, including up to 30 Novice and Beginner drivers depending on the number of Instructors registered.  To implement this, everyone registering for the DE will be WAITLISTED, subject to confirmation by the CDIs.

Your priority in being confirmed for an event will depend on the date and time you register.  When an event fills up, further priority will be given to PCA members.

 Pre-techs will be held on Wednesday, April 15th, at the following locations:

     Prestige Imports, 9201 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215, 303-2380-8101 beginning at 6:30pm.

     Simple Automotive Solutions/Carquip, 7191 Arqaphoe Rd. Boulder, CO 80303,720-236-1245                beginning at 5:30pm.

     Poudre Sports Car, 5806 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525, 970-299-0990 beginning at 5:30pm.

     Porsche of Colorado Springs, 917 Motor City Drive CS CO 80905, 5:30 to 7:00pm.

Lodging is available in Byers at the Longhorn Budget Host Motel  contact # 303-822-5205.

 Lodging is also available at the Byers Inn.  Rates are $80. single occupancy and $95. double occupancy.  Rooms have a private bath and a continental breakfast is included.
