New event date: Sunday January 31st not January 30th due to weather.
We've gotten all our insurance and documents signed and approved to change the event
day to Sunday. We have also decided to move the event schedule 1.5 hours later than
normally scheduled to allow for additional travel time and also to let things warm
up and for any road conditions to clear up. Here's the revised schedule so please.
Setup 8:30
Registration 9:30-10:45
Tech 9:45-11
Drivers Meeting 11:15
First Car Out 11:30
We will be making sure to thoroughly evaluate the lot condition when we arrive for
setup to make sure the event can still be done safely. If anything comes up we will
make sure to let all of our attendees to know immediately and address the issue.
*ALSO NOTE*
Since the event date has changed, we would like to request EVERYONE to update any
forums where this event is posted to make sure that anyone reading it is made aware
of the change to Sunday and the later registration as well. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
SO PLEASE DO THIS NOW.

Registration Minimum of 30 by Friday Jan 22nd!
Due to lower than expected attendance w/ past events, we are now setting a minimum of 30 entries to be registered atleast 1 week before the event date (Jan 22nd) for the event to be held. This will help to ensure attendance is sufficient to financially allow CSCC to continue to hold autocross events. In the event of an event cancellation, we will credit your account with the amount paid which can be used for a future event.
Event Description
The Clemson Sports Car Club is holding the fourth Autocross of this Fall-Spring Series. We are tentatively planning to make this a Championship Series with points awarded to the top 5 in each class. Trophies will be awarded according to points at the end of the Series in each class. Series is Fall 2009 to Spring 2010.

NOTE: Even if you pre-pay, you MUST go to on-site registration to check in during the specified Registration/Check In time. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for late entrants after 9:30 unless directors are otherwise notified.

NEW! - Membership Validation
- When you register, MotorsportReg will be verifying your CSCC membership status against our current member database. If you do not have a valid membership, you must select the "Non-Member" option before you will be allowed to complete your registration.

Your First Name, Last Name, and Member Number in MotorsportReg must match what is on your CSCC Membership Card:
- You can check your MotorsportReg info by clicking the "My Account" tab, then "Edit Clubs" and editing the information under "CSCC - Clemson Sports Car Club"

Rules
- This event is held under the NASA-X 2009 Ruleset.
- Please review the CSCC Supplemental Rules for specific details on event conduct, car numbering requirements, and event procedures.
- All participants must sign the NASA Release and Waiver form. Minors (under age 18) must have a Minor Release and Waiver form signed by at least one parent in order to be allowed on site.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be sent to the club at ClemsonSportsCarClub@hotmail.com immediately. Please do not simply cancel your registration on the site.
- Refunds will be issued for anyone who is unable to attend; however, there is a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Number Format
- We allow up to three digit numbers for entrants (0-999). Numbers are first come first serve for each event. Duplicating numbers such as 001 vs. 1 are not recognized as being different or unique than the number with no leading zeros and you will be asked to change your number accordingly.
