Welcome to the registration for 31st Frank Beddor Nationals hosted by Audi Club North America’s Golden Gate Chapter

Sponsored by:

Set in California’s scenic and historic wine country, the 31st Annual Frank Beddor National Event in combination with Audi Club Golden Gate Chapters AudiFest at Sonoma Raceway will offer an unforgettable and exciting experience for club members from all over North America.  It's been four years since ACGG has last hosted a National Event and we have pulled out all of the stops to make sure that this will be an event to remember.  It will include a variety of optional activities which include: a hosted welcome reception, scenic drives, sight-seeing, gourmet eating, wine-tasting, shopping, the event banquet and a two day High Precision Driving Event (the AudiFest HPDE) at the world-famous Sonoma Raceway.

The event will also provide an opportunity to get together and celebrate the Chapters previous events, recognize the Golden Gate Chapter and the National Members of the Year and recognize ACGG's “Four Rings” instructors who make an extraordinary effort to provide instruction at four HPDEs and one or both of our teen drivers clinics.

EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In an effort to allow those members who might not want to participate in the HPDE portion of the event to participate in the off-track activities, we are offering two primary options for registering.

Non-HPDE Registration:  Please choose this option you are attending but DO NOT wish to drive in the AudiFest HPDE on Saturday and Sunday at Sonoma Raceway.  You may still go to Sonoma Raceway and observe and participate in any non on-track activities, but you will not be able to drive on track if you choose this option.  This registration fee for this option is $150 and includes the Wednesday night reception at Marin Audi, the Thursday drive and lunch at Viansa Winery, and the Friday night reception at the hotel. It also includes an event shirt and event memorabilia. If you want to attend the Saturday night banquet, auction and raffle, you will need to purchase a Saturday nigh banquet dinner.

HPDE Registration:  If you plan on driving in the High Precision Driving Event on Saturday and Sunday at Sonoma Raceway, please register as either a Student or an Instructor.  Included in this registration will be the Wednesday Night Reception, Thursday drive and lunch at Viansa Winery, Friday night reception and drivers meeting, two days on track at Sonoma Raceway and the Saturday night banquet, auction and raffle. It also includes an event shirt and event memorabilia. If you plan on bringing guests to the Saturday Night banquet, please purchase the appropriate number of guest dinners.  You will also be able to rent a helmet for an additional fee of $50.

GARAGES SOLD OUT IN 15 MINUTES!  WOW

The costs for the HPDE registrations are as follows:

$645 for students until and including August 15th, 2015, and $695 for students beginning on August 16th, 2015.
$225 for instructors until and including August 15th, 2015, and $275 for instructors beginning on August 16th, 2015.

Please note that due to the nature of the registration process, and limited number of spaces for some of the off-track activities, each person who wants to participate in this event must register separately.  In addition, all persons registering must have a valid ACNA membership through October 19th, 2015.  If your existing membership expires prior to that date - you will not be allowed to register.

Audi Club Golden Gate

Audi Club Golden Gate is a chapter of the Audi Club of North America (ACNA), a 501c(3) non-profit organization with the purpose of educating its members in driver education, driver safety training, and education about the Audi brand. ACGG serves the members in Northern California, NW Nevada, and Hawaii areas, but our events are open to Audi Club members, and we encourage you to bring your friends and family. To support the educational experience, ACGG offers events from new Audi introductions, technical seminars, fun drives, teen driving clinics, social events, tours, and high performance driving events throughout the year. Due to our good standing in the community, ACGG is able to take advantage of relationships with dealerships and well recognized private service centers around the geographic proximity to Northern California due to the fact we are the only Audi club recognized by Audi of North America. As a result, many of our sponsors offer discounts and special promotions available only to our club members.
