Audi Club Oktoberfest & Fall Colors Cruise

Oktoberfest – Fall Colors Georgetown Tour – September 2021

For our September tour we will drive through mountain roads adjacent to changing Fall foliage and have the opportunity to celebrate Oktoberfest. Our day will start at the parking lot of Tipsy’s Liquor World in Littleton, CO. Participants in the tour should arrive by 12PM (noon). There will be a mandatory driver’s meeting at 12:15PM and the plan is to leave by 12:30PM.

We'll cruise west on E-470 to exit west on US-285S to Conifer and then continue until we reach Grant, CO. From Grant we will turn onto Geneva Rd/Guanella Pass Rd and follow this scenic drive until we hit Georgetown, CO. We will take about a 30-45 minute break in Georgetown to stretch our legs and explore this historic mountain town. We will reassemble and then head east on I-70 back to Golden, CO ending at the Denver Kickers Sport Club where they are hosting their annual Oktoberfest festivities. The drive will officially end at this location. Everyone will have the choice of entering the Oktoberfest event at their own expense. Tickets can be purchased in advance if desired. Total tour time is estimated at 3 hours and 107 miles (2.5 hours drive time).

Schedule

• Arrive at the parking lot at Tipsy’s Liquor World by 12:00PM
• Mandatory drivers meeting will be held at 12:15AM, then depart for our drive
• Stop for 30-45 minute fun break in Georgetown, around 2:15PM
• Depart the Georgetown just before 3:00PM
• Arrive at Denver Kickers Sports Club around 4:00PM. 
• Event concludes at the arrival to Denver Kickers Sports Club
• The Oktoberfest Social event goes until 9:00PM

Please have your car gassed up, drinks, snacks, and restroom break completed so we can leave at 12:30PM. There will be restrooms adjacent to our starting location, Tipsy’s Liquor World and at Georgetown. A map will be provided of the route to every car.

You do not have to be an Audi Club member to participate. So, invite your friends!

IMPORTANT!
We ask that everyone abide by the Colorado state guideline, those vaccinated do not have to wear a mask, but our stops at business along the way may require a mask. This is considered an outdoor event. This event will be considered concluded when we reach the Kickers Oktoberfest in Golden. 

All participants will need to sign an event liability waiver and communicable disease waiver prior to starting the tour. These waivers will be all online based, using your phone to sign them electronically. We will not have paper waivers to sign in person.
