Automotive Performance Solutions invites you to join us for our next HPDE/Open track day on Friday, March 19th from 9am-6pm on the Lightning course at New Jersey Motorsports Park in MIllville, NJ. Feel the thrill of legally being able to test the limits of both your car and ability in a safe and friendly environment at a state-of-the-art racing facility with the guidance of our team and partners.
Our event is open to participants of all experience levels with a valid drivers license with any class of street and/or track prepared cars that meet the necessary safety requirements. We welcome any and all beginner drivers to come wet their feet in the art of performance driving alongside our knowledgeable and experienced driving instructors that will be available for questions, ride-alongs, and advice to ensure you get the most out of your track day. Admission for Beginner through Advanced groups is $325. Introductory solo paced parade laps, instructor driven ride-alongs, and/or drives with an instructor in one of our house cars are available as well for a fee. For those with previous experience we will be running Novice, Intermediate, & Advanced level hot lap groups to ensure everyone has the most fitting group for their ability and car level.
We encourage everyone to register early as we will be capping this event to ensure everyone gets as much track time possible (at least 4 sessions). Our small group is extremely welcoming and professional and it is our mission that everyone leaves the track knowing they got the most out of their day and has met or exceeded their goals. Event requirements
All drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license. No experience necessary and everyone will be placed in a run group that fits their level of ability and speed. Please provide information regarding your experience and the car you will be bringing. All cars must apply numbers that are clearly visible to the track safety crew on both sides of their cars. If your car doesnt have numbers already, you can apply them with painters tape at the track. Entrants are encouraged to bring their own helmets but they are also available to rent from the track during the event. Garage space is available but has to be reserved directly with the track using the following link. www.njmp.com/garage-rentals/ Tech inspections are required before the event. This can be performed by Automotive Performance Solutions prior to the track day or inspected by yourself using the provided tech sheet and brought to the event filled out, signed, and ready to be approved by our staff. A tech sheet will be provided via email once you are registered. All cars are required to have a final safety inspection by our staff the day of the event before entering the track. Convertibles must have roll bar protection installed in order to meet safety requirements of NJMP. All COVID-19 precautions will be adhered to for the entirety of the event.
