SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 25- THE GRAND PRIX REGION'S APPLE PIE TOUR
It is apple season so drive some fun back roads to Julian. Start in Orange to drive Santiago Canyon Road and Ortega Highway then on to Julian. The tour ends at the Julian Pioneer Museum for a view of the life in Julian in the 1870's. Lunch is on your own.
After the tour make a stop at the California Mountain Bakery where you can pick up an apple pie or other delights. All orders must be ordered and paid in advance from the CA Mountain Bakery 760-765-9756 in Santa Ysabel.

Event requirements
Meet at The Original Pancake House, 3322 E. Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92869.
Orange County Region members will be joining us so expect a large turnout.
Meeting time: 8:00 A.M.
Group 1 Departure time: 8:45 A.M. Sharp
Route instructions will be provided the week before the event.

Communication between cars during the drive will be by GMRS (Walkie-Talkie) Radio set to Channel 7, Sub-channel 20. If you have radios please bring them.
As a large turnout is expected, participants may be divided into groups of around 10 cars per group with a lead and sweep car. If you can to be a lead or sweep, please indicate in the registration. Lead and sweep cars should have 2 people in the vehicle.
