2015 Spring Fever DE at La Junta

Warm days, cool nights and a hot track means a springtime driving event (DE) in the short-grass prairie country that is La Junta. Join us for AMR’s 40th consecutive year at The Junction.
Last Spring’s La Junta DE was a great success and this year we’re planning on bringing you all of the elements that have made it a favorite destination of years past.
If you’ve been thinking of honing your driving skills, getting to know your car a little better or you just want to take the next step and see what an AMR sponsored DE is really all about, La Junta is the ideal venue.
Whether you’re a novice or a little more serious about your weekend drives, the seven corners and two straights of La Junta provides the right balance of technical challenge to satisfy all skill levels. So plan on grabbing a helmet and maybe a friend (or your Mom) and join us May 8th at La Junta’s Rattlesnake Grill for Friday night dinner and ground school.
Yes we’re planning on dinner Saturday night at the Mexico City Café (the club buys the dinner and you buy the beer and margaritas) and yes, with your entry you will also receive a one of kind, extra-cool, looking long-sleeved t-shirt that promises to be a future collector’s item. So mark your calendars and plan on welcoming springtime by joining your Porsche friends in La Junta.
DE COST:
2 Days: $190……$170 for co-drivers……
1 Day: $125……$105 for co-drivers……

Event requirements
TECH Inspection – Pre Tech can be done FREE a week prior to the La Junta DE. Please, please, please try to have your inspection done prior to the event. Tech inspection at the track will be $50 and as always there is no cost to fully prepped cars without license plates brought in by trailer.

*Please make sure you have your car numbers ready before you get to the track.
**Please make sure you have your valid Drivers License ready to show at registration as well as your tech inspection form completely filled out and signed by a valid tech inspector/shop. This is a requirement from PCA national.
Must have for Driving: Helmet at least a SNELL 2005M rating (the club has some loaners), closed shoes, long pants and a long sleeved shirt (both cotton material).
