SEPTEMBER 6TH CAR SHOW, FALL PIC-TOUR RALLY AND SOCIAL
“PARK CONCENTRATION”
The name of the event comes from concentrating a multi-event weekend into a Saturday morning. In addition, the route of the rally will take you past some of the many beautiful parks (and areas) in Colorado Springs. If you are adventurous, you can do all of the events—or you may choose whichever you are interested in. Choices can be: Car Show only; Rally only; and for the first time, Social only! Any combination is OK just as long as you bring your Porsche.
We begin our events at the shopping center parking lot near Dick’s Sporting Goods at First and Main (off Powers).
For those more inclined to show their car off, then get to the parking lot early (0730?) and join the others at the First Saturday Car Show—which this month highlights the Porsche marque.
The rally will begin from Dick’s lot around 0930. The format of the Rally has been modified slightly to accommodate those who are really into Touring and not Rallying. The route instructions will be similar to a tour whereby all turns and road signs will be clearly identified. No one gets lost guaranteed! The challenging part will be identifying where some photos were taken. To aid in scoring you must have a working odometer. An alternative would be to run the rally route for fun and don’t concentrate on finding the photos.
As usual, we will finish the Rally at the Edelweiss German Restaurant to enjoy good food and pass out rally awards. If you don’t want to do the car show and rally, you are invited to join us at the restaurant (around noon) to enjoy stories about the rally and general camaraderie. No registration is required for the car show (free)

- Each "car" will need to pay $25 for the event online. You cannot use credit for this event
- Last day to register September 4th.
- Any car is OK, but a Porsche is the most fun
